This flexible role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' quality of life through comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans. This is a true PRN position, as coverage needs are typically due to vacations and other planned time off.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Kentucky Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
