Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Associate to join our team in San Clemente, CA. This hybrid role combines inventory management with mechanical operational support, ensuring seamless workflow across warehouse operations, parts management, and mechanical tasks related to medical imaging systems
Duties
Mechanical Operations Support:
- Assist with mechanical installation, deinstallation, and staging of medical imaging systems.
- Support field service engineers during system upgrades, removals, and mechanical service tasks.
- Harvest usable parts from deinstalled equipment and prepare systems for testing and QA. - Safely operate tools and mechanical equipment for system disassembly and part extraction.
- Work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy equipment and climbing ladders. - Work weekends, extended hours, and holidays as required. Inventory & Warehouse Management:
- Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving, labeling, cataloguing, and organizing medical imaging system parts.
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records, including serial number tracking and storage locations.
- Prepare equipment and parts for shipment—packaging, palletizing, and coordinating transport.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment.
- Support audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and equipment documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in inventory workflows.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. - Ability to stand, bend, climb, and move equipment safely.
- Good eyesight for detailed part inspection and data verification.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
Preeferred Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or inventory management experience.
- Forklift certification and experience operating pallet jacks.
- Experience packaging or shipping industrial or medical equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory data entry systems or ERP tools.
- Experience driving large vehicles for equipment or parts transport.
- Residence within 45 minutes of San Clemente, CA.

Pay: $50,035.31 - $60,257.58 per year
