Senior UAS Assessor - Openings in Brooklyn and Bronx

We’re seeking a Registered Nurse to join a mission-driven, well-established organization known for strong member care and a supportive culture. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $110,000–$120,000/Annually

Responsibilities Of a Senior UAS Assessor

• Join a mission-driven care management team performing UAS Assessments and supporting long-term care members through personalized care plans, hands-on coordination, and meaningful advocacy to ensure they receive the highest quality care across the continuum.
  
  

Required Qualifications Of a Senior UAS Assessor

• Active and clear NY State RN license
• Experience in UAS, hospital, or home health settings
