Daily Responsibilities For The RN Assessor- AR
- Conduct functional assessments for Medicaid beneficiaries, documenting findings accurately and in compliance with program guidelines.
- Utilize telephonic and digital tools to gather clinical information, evaluate patient needs, and coordinate with supervisors on case determinations.
- Apply nursing expertise to assess the functional status of adult and aging populations, ensuring recommendations align with Medicaid eligibility criteria
- M-F:7am- 4:30pm
- 3-5 years experience as a licensed RN
- RN licensure in the state of Arkansas
- Experience working with Medicaid/ Medicare population (home health background preferred)
- high level of comfort with technology use,
