RN Field Assessor- AR

HealthCare Support is actively seeking an RN Assessor to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare Organization working remotely, but must reside in Arkansas to be considered.

Must be located near Ft. Smith (South) in Arkansas to be considered

Daily Responsibilities For The RN Assessor- AR

• Conduct functional assessments for Medicaid beneficiaries, documenting findings accurately and in compliance with program guidelines.
• Utilize telephonic and digital tools to gather clinical information, evaluate patient needs, and coordinate with supervisors on case determinations.
• Apply nursing expertise to assess the functional status of adult and aging populations, ensuring recommendations align with Medicaid eligibility criteria
• M-F:7am- 4:30pm
  
  

Required Qualifications For The RN Assessor- AR

• 3-5 years experience as a licensed RN
• RN licensure in the state of Arkansas
• Experience working with Medicaid/ Medicare population (home health background preferred)

Pay Details: $40.00 – $43.00 an hour
