Schedule

Benefits For The RN Clinical Manager

- Oversee a patient census of ~150–175 and manage 10–20 clinicians and support staff (RN, LPN, PT, OT, PTA, COTA, SLP, MSW).
- Ensure schedules are updated, care is coordinated, and quality standards are met.
- Lead team development through meetings, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Manage daily operations including order approvals, patient/family concerns, and workflow oversight.
- Provide occasional field support only when needed for staffing gaps or hands on training.
- Utilize HomeCare / HomeBase (HCHB) EMR.
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification
- 1–2 years of recent home health leadership experience (required)
- Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle
- Experience with OASIS documentation
- Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and all applicable regulatory requirements
