- $34.25 – $47.10/hour

- RN License
- 3 years of RN experience in an acute care setting from one of the following units: Med/Surg, Telemetry, Neuro, ICU, IMCU, PCU, or ED
- Coordinate patient care across the continuum, including assessment, discharge planning, utilization review, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate level of care and timely transitions
- Advocate for patients by facilitating communication between providers, patients, families, and payers while maintaining accurate, compliant clinical documentation
