Respiratory Clinician (RT/RN) – Home Medical Equipment – Fort Wayne, IN

HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a full-time DME Specialist role in Fort Wayne, IN. Compensation & Incentives

• Base pay $32 - $37 per hour, with flexibility based on experience
• Additional earning potential of up to $7,000 annually, depending on location
• Quarterly performance bonus opportunities
• Mileage reimbursement for field travel

Schedule for Respiratory Clinician (RT/RN):

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Daily Responsibilities for Respiratory Clinician (RT/RN):

• Deliver and manage respiratory equipment in community settings while educating patients and families on safe, effective use of CPAP, oxygen, and ventilator systems.
• Combine clinical assessment, organization, and compassionate teaching to improve patient outcomes.
  
  

Required Qualifications for Respiratory Clinician (RT/RN):

• Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT/RCP) or Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
