Respiratory Clinician (LPN/RT/RN) - Home Medical Equipment | Grand Rapids, MI

HealthCare Support is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a full-time DME Specialist role in Grand Rapids, MI . This position offers a chance to stay connected with patients in the community, enjoy predictable weekday hours, and work independently in the field, all while building your career in a growing area of healthcare.
Compensation & Incentives
Base pay $30/hr - $36/hr per hour, with flexibility based on experience
Additional earning potential of up to $7,000 annually, depending on location
Quarterly performance bonus opportunities
Mileage reimbursement & Company-provided cell phone
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Daily Responsibilities
Deliver and manage respiratory equipment in community settings while educating patients and families on safe, effective use of CPAP, oxygen, and ventilator systems.
Combine clinical assessment, organization, and compassionate teaching to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse (RN) required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
