This company offers a strong training and onboarding program and is open to clinicians from hospitals, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, rehab, and home health backgrounds — prior experience in respiratory DME is not required.

Compensation
- Base Pay of $45/hr – $50/hr (DOE)
- $5K Sign on Bonus
- Quarterly Bonus up to $1,000 per quarter ($4,000 annually) based on performance and eligibility criteria
- Mileage reimbursement
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- PTO (accrual beginning on hire date) 5 annual Floating Holidays

- Deliver care where it’s needed the most by providing in-home respiratory therapy services including patient education, equipment setup, and follow-up visits
- Active and unencumbered state licensure in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT/RCP)
