Pharmacy Director - King of Prussia, PA

Compensation: $165,000 - $180,000 (DOE)

• Eligible for 20% Annual Bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Regular Business Hours

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a focus on cost control, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-accuracy dispensing, ensuring performance consistently meets or exceeds organizational standards
• Provide hands-on leadership to build a strong, engaged workforce; manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and culture; and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania
• 5 years of Pharmacy Leadership experience
