Compensation Notes

• $165,000 - $185,000 annually

Daily Responsibilities For Pharmacy Director

• Drive operational performance by implementing cost-control strategies, process improvements, and aligning goals with leadership.
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
• Success in this role requires the ability to elevate leadership capability, standardize processes, improve performance and culture, and deliver measurable results across a complex, high-volume operation.
  
  

Required Qualifications For Pharmacy Director

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of home infusion, and pharmacy regulations and administration
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business growth, and financial operations
• Ability to assess current state challenges, implement targeted improvement strategies, and deliver measurable gains in performance, culture, and employee engagement
• Clean driving record and proof of auto insurance
