Pharmacist in Charge - $10k Sign-On Bonus (No Weekends!)
HealthCare Support is seeking a Pharmacist to join a growing closed-door pharmacy team in Bentonville, AR! This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist looking for a consistent weekday schedule with no evenings and no weekends. The pharmacy is only open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, offering a predictable schedule without late shifts or weekend hours.
Compensation Notes:
- Up to $79 an hour ($165,000)
- $10,000 Sign on Bonus!
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No evenings
- No weekends
- Pharmacy is closed on weekends

Daily Responsibilities for the Pharmacist in Charge:
- Evaluate and verify medication orders, monitor patient drug therapies, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective home infusion treatment plans
- Compound and dispense specialty infusion medications, provide clinical consultations, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and USP 797/800 standards
Required Qualifications for the Pharmacist in Charge:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice
