Personal Care Attendant
HealthCare Support is seeking a Personal Care Attendant to join a mission driven PACE program in Springfield, Oregon. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Daily Responsibilities
- Assist older adults with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
- Support safe transportation, including helping participants on/off vans and accompanying them to appointments
- Observe and report changes in participants’ physical or emotional health to the care team
- Collect basic health information such as weight and blood pressure
- Assist with daily activities at the PACE Center
- Provide in?home care up to 25% of the time based on participant care plans
- 1 year of experience working with elderly or frail populations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Food Handler’s Card or sanitation certification (at hire or within 30 days)
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License
- Panel interview with 2–3 PACE leaders
- Conducted via Microsoft Teams
