HealthCare Support is seeking a Med/Surg Neuro RN to join a top-performing hospital in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This facility is known for its Advanced Primary Stroke Center and strong neurological services. This role offers hands-on experience caring for neuro patients in a dynamic Med/Surg environment, working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a facility that prioritizes both clinical excellence and innovation.

Shift Options

Compensation Notes

• $30 - $39.60/hour Shift Differentials (if applicable)
• Up to $15,000 Sign-On-Bonus
  
  

Daily Responsibilities For Med Surg Neuro Registered Nurse

• Manage IV therapy, wound care, and discharge planning
• Provide patient education to ensure understanding of medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care

Required Qualifications For Med Surg Neuro Registered Nurse

• Florida RN License (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days)
• 1 year hospital experience
