HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Care Delivery – RN to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in Amityville, NY!
Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Care Delivery – RN
- Oversee a team of 4-5 community nurses/UAS
- Coordinating care, managing staffing and resources, handling documentation, conducting investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- LTC coordination, meeting with interdisciplinary team, and reviewing nurse notes for any deficiencies and discussing case load.
- Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Active NY Registered Nursing license
- 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Leadership/Supervisory experience, overseeing a team
- Homecare / Home Health experience
- Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage
