As a Home Health LPN, you’ll have the opportunity to work at the top of your license while providing personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes.
Daily Responsibilities for the Home Health LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Home healthcare nurses provide follow-up care to patients after they have been discharged from a hospital or rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care facility
- Provide (on a daily basis) paperwork as required by agency to maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Pay: Up to $39.85/hour
- $10k sign-on bonus!
- Currently Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in Oregon
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
- At least 1-year acute care experience as an LVN (Home Health, Med-Surg, ED, SNF etc.)
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and in good working order
