Compensation: $217,000–$230,000/year, based on experience

- Provide executive leadership for facilities, engineering, and support services across a large, complex healthcare system. Oversee critical hospital infrastructure, capital projects, regulatory compliance, and Central Utility Plant operations while leading a large multidisciplinary team. Partner closely with executive leadership to drive facility strategy, operational excellence, and a safe, reliable environment for patients and staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
- Significant leadership experience in healthcare facilities management or hospital engineering.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, capital projects, Central Utility Plant systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Working knowledge of Joint Commission, NFPA, building codes, and hospital safety requirements.
- Experience leading large teams within a complex healthcare environment.
