Director of Clinical Research Operations

HealthCare Support is seeking an experienced, Director of Clinical Research Operations to join a Privately held clinical research organization in Miami, FL specializing in early- and late-phase drug development, with a strong focus on advancing innovative therapies within complex CNS and specialty disease areas!

Schedule

• Monday- Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
  
  

Compensation

• $140K – 166,500 (depending on experience)

Daily Responsibilities

• Responsible for running the day-to-day operations of those clinical trials at the site level, making sure everything happens correctly, efficiently, and in compliance with strict regulatory standards. This role is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of those clinical trials at the site level, making sure everything happens correctly, efficiently, and in compliance with strict regulatory standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
• 7 years of experience in clinical operations, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of FDA, ICH, and GCP regulations and guidelines
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinical management software.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial operations, including study start-up, site selection, patient recruitment, monitoring, data management, and study close-out
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of clinical operations professionals
