Clinical Director of Dialysis Services – Registered Nurse

HealthCare Support is seeking a Clinical Director of Dialysis Services (RN) to join a well-established healthcare organization in the San Antonio area. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a comprehensive dialysis program within a mission-driven environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Compensation

• $100K - $130K annually (depending on experience)

Daily Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for both inpatient and outpatient dialysis services. Partners closely with the Medical Director(s) to plan, coordinate, and manage daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective program performance across all dialysis programs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Texas
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Proven leadership experience within dialysis services
