Daily Responsibilities for the Bilingual EAP Counselor:
- Provide structured, phone based support by conducting inbound and outbound calls, completing brief assessments, identifying participant needs, and connecting individuals to appropriate mental health, benefits, and community resources
- Manage call schedule while meeting productivity and documentation requirements, performing follow ups, navigating benefits, and supporting participants through short term, goal oriented coaching focused on wellbeing and practical problem solving
Required Qualifications for the Bilingual EAP Counselor:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Health and Wellness Coaching, or a related behavioral health field
- Active and unrestricted license in the stat of practice (LCSW, LICSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, NBC-HWC)
- Must reside in one of the following states: Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Nevada, or Arizona
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
