Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Variable schedule, including weekends
- Clinic hours:
- Weekdays: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekends: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shifts may vary within these hours
- Greet and check in patients professionally
- Verify demographics, insurance, and appointment details
- Perform accurate patient registration and documentation in the EHR
- Collect copays and outstanding balances when applicable
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Communicate with clinical and administrative staff to support clinic flow
- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of healthcare or medical office experience preferred
- Scheduling and multitasking experience
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards
- Experience in an outpatient clinic or primary care setting
- Epic or other EHR experience
- Insurance verification and patient registration experience
- Bilingual skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a high-volume environment
- Flexibility with scheduling
