Respiratory Clinician (LPN/RT/RN) - Home Medical Equipment | Lenexa, KS

HealthCare Support is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a full-time DME Specialist role in Lenexa, KS. This position offers a chance to stay connected with patients in the community, enjoy predictable weekday hours, and work independently in the field, all while building your career in a growing area of healthcare.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Base pay $32-35/hr, with flexibility based on experience
- Additional earning potential of up to $7,000 annually, depending on location
- Quarterly performance bonus opportunities
- Mileage reimbursement & Company-provided cell phone
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver and manage respiratory equipment in community settings while educating patients and families on safe, effective use of CPAP, oxygen, and ventilator systems.
- Combine clinical assessment, organization, and compassionate teaching to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse (RN) required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
