Daily Responsibilities for the PBM Account Executive - Health Systems:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with health system clients, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Lead the full client lifecycle, including implementation, business reviews, renewals, contract management, performance guarantees, and regulatory compliance
- Provide consultative guidance on pharmacy benefit management strategies, healthcare trends, and plan optimization while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver client value and success
Required Qualifications for the PBM Account Executive - Health Systems:
- Account Executive experience in the healthcare industry or PBM setting
- Working knowledge of 340B program mechanics
