Patient Care Manager (Registered Nurse)

Pay Details: $90,000 - $110,000 a year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Daily Responsibilities for RN Clinical Manager:
- Oversee daily clinical operations by coordinating patient care, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining quality standards for patient outcomes
- Lead and support the care team through coaching, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare partners. This is primarily an office-based role with occasional field visits as needed
Required Qualifications for RN Clinical Manager:
- Active Texas RN license
- Home Health and People Leadership experience
- Valid driver's license and insured, reliable transportation
