Lead and oversee patient care operations on a 24-hour basis, ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of patient-centered care. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care, improve quality outcomes, and enhance the overall patient experience through proactive leadership and rounding.

Required Qualifications for Manager of Surgical Services:
- Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid compact licensure. If hired with a compact license, an active Florida RN license must be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Inpatient Surgical/Operating Room experience
