HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Dermatology Lead Medical Assistant / Office Manager ready to step into a leadership position to fill an opening with a 5-star rated dermatology practice with a strong reputation and growth trajectory in Altamonte Springs, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for the Dermatology Lead Medical Assistant / Office Manager:
- Support MAs clinically — including injections, lidocaine mixing, rooming, and procedure prep
- Coordinate scheduling, billing support, and patient inquiries and assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and staff coaching
- Manage prescriptions, pathology tracking, and patient communications
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Dermatology setting
- 1 years of experience in a medical office management role
- Strong knowledge of medical office operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and electronic health records
- MA certification preferred, but NOT required
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
- Paid Time Off – 8 paid Holidays
- Year 1 = 15 PTO days
- Year 2 = 18 PTO days
- Year 3 = 20 PTO day
- $55,000- $70,000 per year (negotiable depending on experience)
