Requirements of this Home Health Physical Therapist Role:
- Active Licensed as a PT
- 1 year of experience within Home Health
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association

- Traveler Weekly Compensation: $ 2438 which includes a weekly stipend of $ 1330
- Local Hourly Rate: $ 55.64 / hour
- Up to $500 travel reimbursement paid out first check!
