-Greivance and Appeals Coordinator
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Greivance and Appeals Coordinator to fill an opening in Woodland Hills, California.
Daily Responsibilities for Greivance and Appeals Coordinator:
• Appeals & Grievance Coordinator with 10 years of healthcare experience in managed care, provider networks, and case management.
• Skilled in resolving complex member and provider grievances, drafting regulatory-compliant correspondence, and meeting strict turnaround deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads (75 provider calls daily, 100 cases monthly) while maintaining 95–100% compliance and audit accuracy.
• Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM
Required Qualifications for Greivance and Appeals Coordinator:
• High school diploma or GED, prefer Associates degree
• 2 years of Grievance and Appeals experience
• Soft skills: problem solving skills, Organized, self starter, Critical thinking skills, ability to multitask- please make sure this is apparent on the resume, there are a lot of moving pieces on this team, working well under pressure/sense of urgency (30 day turn around time, may receive a case 10 days into case life)
• Strong writing and communication skills are a MUST
