- Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days & Nights
Compensation Notes:
- $30-$42.60/hour Shift Differentials (if applicable)
- Up to 20K Sign-On-Bonus
Daily Responsibilities for Emergency Room RN:
- Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages by performing rapid assessments, initiating stabilization, providing advanced life support, and developing individualized care plans while ensuring patient safety in a high-acuity environment.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to manage emergencies, respond to code blues, rapid responses, and trauma activations, and provide comprehensive discharge instructions and referrals

Required Qualifications for Emergency Room RN:
- Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days)
- 1 year of ER experience
