We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst  to join a respected healthcare organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. This full-time position offers the stability of a Monday–Friday schedule no nights, no weekends! Located in Wauchula, FL, this role includes competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• $95,000 - $100,000 Annual Salary

Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized behavior plans, and supports patients in building daily living, social, and self-management skills as they recover or adapt to brain-related injuries or conditions.
• Works with supervisors in the development, implementation, maintenance, and generalization of behavioral change.
• Provides Behavioral Therapy and Active Treatment programming
• The position requires strong experience in creating behavioral plans

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in psychology or related field 
• Active BCBA
• One year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training and development preferred
• Conduct of research in behavior analysis within an applied setting preferred.
