About the Position
- Manage nutritional services at one of our long-term care facilities, including meal planning and food preparation.
- Conduct nutrition assessments and provide recommendations to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.
- Develop and implement nutritional programs to meet the needs of residents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
