What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spring Auxiliary Operator position at Healthcare SC, LLC?
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the assembly and production of springing coils
- Monitor machinery and equipment for proper operation and safety
- Must be aware of quality standards and able to monitor own work to ensure tailoring meets those standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
- Safely operates spring machine
- Must maintain work area neat and organized.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformances to the product process and/or the system.
- Identify and/or record any problems relating to product process or quality system.
- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through the designated channels.
- Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Understands functions of machine
- Willing to work overtime.
- Ability to lift up to 40-60 lbs., frequent standing, walking, pulling, pushing, and stooping ability to work in fast paced environment.
