Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist — Kansas City, MO
$80,000–$130,000/year (base bonuses commission)
What you’ll earn
$80K–$130K/year including bonuses and commission, plus:
Run comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations on calibrated, current equipment. Build patient-centered treatment plans through counseling and education. Recommend and fit the right hearing devices. Partner with your Regional Manager to keep the clinic thriving — financially, culturally, and clinically. Sell hearing aids and accessories using Integrity Selling. Operate with autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset.
What you’ll need
Audiologists: Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology valid Missouri audiology license in good standing, or a Kansas audiology license with willingness to obtain Missouri licensure within 6 months of offer date.
Hearing Instrument Specialists: Valid Missouri Hearing Instrument Dispensing license in good standing, or a Kansas HIS license with willingness to obtain Missouri licensure within 6 months of offer date. High school diploma required; related college degree preferred. 1 year diagnostic testing and hearing aid dispensing preferred.
Both roles need strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
