Healthcare Resource Network is seeking a Nurse Coordinator to work 6 hours per day (30 hours per week 6:00 am-12:00 pm M-F) to work in support of the Social Security Administration's (SSA) Occupational Health Program located at SSA Richmond, CA
JOB SUMMARY:
The Occupational Health Nurse is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) Occupational Health Program. Provides emergency and non-emergency care, immunizations and walk in care to a healthy population and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Provides education, coordination, and consultation on Occupational Health issues. Works to ensure the health and safety of SSA employees
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing preferred; Associates degree or diploma in nursing will be considered
- At least 3 years clinical nursing experience and 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse with recent clinical experience in occupational health nursing, school, public health, or ambulatory care nursing
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:
- Registered nurse licensure in any state
- Valid CPR certification in BLS is required upon hire. Must be obtained and maintained as per AHA guidelines.
Schedule: 30 hours per week 6 hours per day M-F 6:00 am-12:00 pm Monday through Friday
