Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Pediatrics (ABP)
- Completed a U.S. Pediatrics Residency
- Florida license preferred
- Candidates in or near the Tampa Bay area are strongly preferred
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Outpatient general pediatrics
- Build to approximately 25 patients/day
- EMR with ambient AI documentation
- Light call: newborn rounding, ER peer calls, and 1 weekend/month (NPs handle most triage)
- $150,000–$190,000 total compensation Guaranteed base productivity
- BCBS health insurance (100% employee premium paid)
