We are seeking a Pediatrician to join our growing and established pediatric practice in Culpeper, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity to join two experienced pediatricians in a collaborative, patient-focused environment that provides comprehensive pediatric care to the community. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated physician who values quality care, teamwork, and building long-term relationships with patients and families. Position Highlights

• Join an established pediatric team with 2 pediatricians
• Provide 7-day/week pediatric access with a schedule designed to complement existing providers
• Comprehensive outpatient pediatric care including Well-child visits, Sick visits, Preventive care, Chronic condition management, and Parent education and guidance
• Modern EMR
• Dedicated 1:1 nursing support
• Coders provided so physicians are not responsible for billing codes
• Marketing support for provider growth and visibility
  
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat pediatric acute and chronic conditions
• Perform routine wellness exams and developmental screenings
• Provide immunization counseling and preventive care
• Manage same-day sick visits and urgent pediatric concerns
• Educate families on treatment plans and healthy development
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with pediatricians and multidisciplinary providers
  
  

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain)

Compensation & Schedule Options

• Full time vs Part time (2-3 days/week)
• Minimal traditional call burden-occasionally receive Critical lab/imaging result calls after hours or Urgent patient-related questions from clinic staff if needed
• $175k potential salary and bonuses
