We are seeking an experienced, energetic Medical Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy multidisciplinary healthcare practice in Hazlet, NJ.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is highly organized, great with patients and staff, and comfortable managing a medical office while also supporting front desk operations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily office and front desk operations
• Lead, support and help manage office staff
• Ensure excellent patient service from check-in through check-out
• Manage a high volume of calls, scheduling and patient communication
• Monitor schedules and keep patient flow running efficiently
• Assist with patient paperwork, payments and administrative needs
• Resolve patient and operational issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain an organized, welcoming and efficient office environment
• Help improve office performance, productivity and patient experience
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of medical office, front desk or healthcare management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment
• Strong computer and scheduling software skills
• Dependable, proactive and solutions-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
