Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$100,000 base salary (based on experience) plus performance-based bonus compensation

- Full-Time | Monday–Friday
- Perform new patient exams, re-exams, and focused physical evaluations
- Review medical history, imaging, and diagnostic reports
- Take and review X-rays as needed
- Determine diagnosis and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments and therapies (diversified, spinal decompression)
- Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, posture, exercise, and lifestyle modifications
- Conduct one-on-one Report of Findings consultations
- Supervise rehab exercises and therapeutic programs
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Monitor patient progress and perform reassessments
- Collaborate closely with providers and support staff to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree (DC) from an accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania Chiropractic license and adjunctive Procedures License required
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Passion for wellness and long-term patient outcomes
