We are seeking a motivated and skilled Chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary practice on a full-time basis in Bear, DE. Our office is looking for an experienced Chiropractor who provides exceptional care to our patients.
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled adjuster with excellent communication skills, a team player who is caring and attentive, and listens to the needs of our patients, working hard to develop a personalized treatment plan to alleviate pain and discomfort.

Our integrated office offers a multi-disciplinary approach to pain management and patient care for individuals who have been injured at work or in an auto accident, or suffer from new or chronic discomfort.
With years of experience, we take the time to listen to each patient's unique situation and create an individualized treatment plan that meets their needs.
Our multispecialty approach focuses on reducing reliance on narcotic analgesics through our multi-modality approach.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Patient examination and evaluation (including medical history, physical exam, and review of pertinent records and imaging)
- Taking, reviewing, and reporting on digital X-rays
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Providing chiropractic care (manual adjustments, diversified activator, drop, flexion distraction, spinal decompression, and various treatments and modalities)
- Patient education about diagnosis, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, home rehabilitation recommendations, and the benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Documentation (progress notes)
- Collaboration with other DCs and multidisciplinary staff for comprehensive patient care
- Regular patient follow-up to ensure patient progress and satisfaction
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Current Chiropractic license in Delaware
- Knowledge of current industry trends and state and federal requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software (Chirotouch is a plus)
- Bilingualism in Spanish is a plus
Work Schedule
- Full-time (Monday-Friday, with office hours ending at 2 pm on Friday)
Compensation and Benefits
- $80,000-$100,000 per year (dependent on experience)
