Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, LTC, SNF and Assisted Living, Indiana
Great opportunity for a PMHNP to join a solid organization treating post-acute and long-term care patients within our Long Term, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities. NP treats Monday – Friday, no nights or weekends. Opportunity is flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation. Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations. Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults. Prescribe and manage medications within the coverage areas of Vincennes, Washington, Petersburg, Jasper, and Princeton, Indiana. Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided. Requires active, unrestricted Indiana state license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C. Active DEA or willingness to obtain. Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred will consider new graduates.
Compensation up to $170K base (depending on experience) with no cap on productivity income. Full benefits medical, dental, vision, HAS, FSA, PTO, 401(k). Company offers travel stipend to facilities.
Location – Petersburg, Indian. Facilities located in Vincennes, Washington, Jasper and Princeton.
