Staff Accountant

Healthcare Realty (NYSE:HR) is a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on acquiring, developing and managing medical office buildings and outpatient facilities throughout the United States. The position involves full cycle accounting for a portfolio of medical office buildings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for monthly and quarterly close procedures
• Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis
• Provide accounting support to the portfolio’s asset managers
• Other various accounting and analytical responsibilities
