As an Assisted Living RN, you'll provide high-quality nursing care while helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for tenants.
Responsibilities Include
- Oversee delivery of nursing care in accordance with individualized service plans
- Assess tenant conditions and communicate changes to the team
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and healthcare professionals
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records utilizing EHR
- Promote tenant dignity, comfort, and quality of life
- Respond appropriately to changes in tenant conditions and medical emergencies
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and facility policies
- Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate degree in Nursing or higher preferred
- Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS Certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, person-centered approach to care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
