This leadership role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment for residents, staff, and visitors while ensuring readiness for state and federal surveys.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage housekeeping and laundry departments
Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate departmental staff
Ensure compliance with CMS, DOH, and infection control standards
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting required
Prior supervisory or management experience required
Knowledge of infection control and healthcare environmental services standards
