Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Facility Management:
Supervise all clinical and administrative operations within the facility, ensuring smooth, effective day-to-day functions.
Develop and implement a comprehensive management system to optimize operations and improve efficiency across departments.
Coordinate and manage all departments (e.g., nursing, dietary, social services, activities) to ensure high-quality care and optimal facility performance.
Serve as the primary leader for the facility, ensuring all staff are trained, supported, and empowered to deliver the highest quality of care.
Financial Oversight:
Oversee financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting for the facility.
Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize operational expenses while ensuring the highest standard of care.
Monitor facility expenditures and work with the executive team to achieve financial goals without compromising quality of service.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure the facility’s operations comply with all state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
Lead the facility’s quality assurance programs, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives and achieving high-quality care outcomes.
Stay updated with changes in healthcare regulations and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance.
Resident Advocacy:
