We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and is responsible for providing guidance, oversight, and support to HR managers across multiple facilities. The Director will ensure consistent HR practices, compliance, and a strong workplace culture throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to facility-level HR managers.
Serve as the primary HR resource between facilities and executive leadership.
Partner with the VP of HR to implement strategy, compliance initiatives, and workforce planning.
Collaborate with the recruitment function to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Develop, refine, and maintain HR policies and procedures that strengthen organizational culture.
Lead HR audits and promote best practices across all facilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including oversight of multiple sites or regions.
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or other highly regulated, multi-site environments preferred.
