Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a healthcare facility in Granville, NY. If you have experience with general building maintenance and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Inspect and maintain building systems and equipment to ensure everything is operating safely and efficiently.
Complete repairs to resident rooms and common areas.
Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
Assist with preventative maintenance projects and facility upkeep.
Participate in an on-call rotation every other weekend for emergency maintenance needs.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience with general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic repairs.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Dependable, motivated, and a team player.
Willingness to participate in an every-other-weekend on-call rotation.
