Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Director of Nursing (DON):
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License required
Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and nursing best practices
