Our long term care/skilled nursing facility is seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Site Admissions Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing the admissions process across multiple facilities within a 45-minute radius between Manalapan, NJ and Philadelphia, PA. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Business Development, this individual will play a key role in driving census growth, ensuring smooth admissions operations, and supporting facility teams in delivering an exceptional experience for residents and families.
Responsibilities
Oversee and support admissions departments across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
Ensure consistent, efficient, and customer-focused admissions practices.
Collaborate with facility teams, hospital liaisons, and referral sources to maintain strong relationships.
Assist with census development strategies and marketing initiatives.
Provide training, mentoring, and hands-on support to admissions staff.
Track admissions metrics and report progress to the Regional Director of Business Development.
Travel daily to assigned facilities as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
2 years of admissions experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Proven ability to manage admissions processes and build referral relationships.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel between facilities daily (within ~45 minutes of Manalapan, NJ and Philadelphia, PA).
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping families navigate the admissions process.
