We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Commercial Washer/Dryer Service Technician. In this role, you will work on commercial laundry equipment in nursing homes, hospitals, and other facilities. While prior experience in appliance repair or maintenance is helpful, we are willing to train the right candidate who has strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing commercial washers and dryers.
- Replace parts and perform routine maintenance.
- Install Industrial washers and dryers.
- Learn to read and interpret schematics and service manuals.
- Maintain accurate records of service work performed.
- Deliver excellent customer service during site visits.
- Support senior technicians and gradually take on independent service calls.
Qualifications
- Mechanical or electrical aptitude strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
