Purpose
The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility, both inside the plant and throughout the exterior grounds.
Job Summary
This position ensures a clean, safe, and lint-free environment across the entire facility during 3rd shift operations. Responsibilities include cleaning production areas, maintaining the parking lot and building exterior, emptying waste receptacles, and supporting recycling efforts. The Janitor follows all standard operating procedures and upholds company quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness throughout the plant, including production and common areas
Clean and maintain exterior areas such as parking lots and building grounds
Empty waste receptacles and support recycling initiatives
Keep the facility clean, organized, and as lint-free as possible
Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Cross-train in other positions as needed based on production demands
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Minimum Requirements
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work 3rd shift hours (overnight)
Ability to follow established cleaning procedures and instructions
Adherence to all company safety rules, policies, and procedures

Ability to work beyond scheduled hours as needed due to production demands

Physical Requirements
